In 1991 Scott
Broussard opened
Acadia Crawfish, a family
owned crawfish boil and wholesale crawfish establishment. The Broussard
family is from Crowley, Louisiana in the heart of Cajun Country. They
are a large bunch which often has get-togethers on the weekends at the
camp. On one of these get-togethers, the men were sitting around turning
back a few cold ones, when they came up with the idea of marketing their
own seasoning. After years of trial and error, they've come up with the
best Cajun seasoning ever - "Cajun Bayou
Blends".
The great blend of seasonings can be used in place of salt and pepper,
which will add zest to seafood, meats, poultry, fish, vegetables, soups,
gumbos, stews, salads, and much more. Use your imagination and enjoy!
